Whew I apologize for the lack of reports over the winter. We have been ohh so busy with duck season, are just wrapping things up for the year.
The good news is that the fish are already biting. Out of Ocracoke, Hatteras, and Morehead there has been a fantastic wahoo and tuna bite already this year. Thanks to the beautiful weather lately a few boats have made it out the last week or two.
We will be taking the Laura Linn to the boatyard mid February, and will probably be out of the water for general spring maintenance through the first week in March.
With the way things are breaking already this year, I expect a good March and great April of fishing. Last year the wahoo bite was fantastic in April, and we had a decent number of tuna around as well.
Give us a call today to go ahead and get your charter on the calendar for the coming season!
